About us
Thank you for your interest in Young Ones Day Nursery. We advise that you visit our nursery for a show around. Here you will be given the opportunity to meet the nursery practitioners. To arrange an appointment please contact us via telephone or E-mail.
We are a well-established Nursery and have been open since 1993. We run an efficient, professional and caring service.
As a Nursery registered with the Wolverhampton City Council, we are subject to regular reviews by OSTED, the Government’s central agency to monitor standards in care and education. We would like to share some extracts from our last Ofsted Inspection Report, which has been graded OUTSTANDING:
"Children are very eager to take part in a broad range of rich learning experiences. The well-qualified staff use their expert knowledge to plan highly challenging activities, skilfully linked to children's interests and learning priorities".
"The providers and management team are extremely dedicated and passionate about providing high-quality care and education for all children. They have an accurate understanding of where the nursery's strengths are. They rigorously review all aspects of the nursery's policies and procedures, working in conjunction with the staff team, parents and children".
"Staff have an excellent knowledge how children learn, they expertly adjust their teaching and engagement in activities to the children's age and interest".
All of our staff are Level 3 qualified.

· To provide fresh, healthy homemade food whilst engaging in physical exercise.
· To maintain an excellent rapport with parents. Communication and working together is a priority.
· To work alongside the EYFS, ensuring that your child continually develops and learns through purposeful play.
· To ensure a smooth and supportive transition into other units as they grow, especially when children go to school.
· To maintain high expectations of ourselves and the children.
